If you want to learn how to hypnotize yourself, it is probably better to go with a professional hypnotherapist instead. Professional hypnotherapists are the real key to unlocking whatever problems you have. However, it is possible to cure certain conditions with self-Hypnosis. Hypnotizing yourself can be fun, and it just another way to intuit what is really going on inside you and fix it. You don’t need to hire an expensive teacher. You can do it at home yourself.
There are eight simple steps to hypnotize yourself.
First, find a relaxing place and get comfortable. Get into a position that is very comfortable. Be sure to sit up so that you don’t fall asleep. Make sure that you won’t be disturbed for at least an hour.
Second, have a goal in mind. If you want to accomplish something, then have it in mind what you want to accomplish. Keep this in mind when you’re setting out to hypnotize yourself.
Third, close your eyes and let all the negative tension flow out of you.
Fourth, keep in mind all the tension that is in your body. Go through each part of your body and get rid of the tension with each body part from the toes, feet, and head on up.
Fifth, imagine that you are descending down a flight of stairs that is ten steps long. Imagine that once you reach the fifth step, you will submerge in water. If you submerge in water at the fifth step, think that you will be fully covered in water at the tenth step.
Sixth, at the bottom of the staircase, imagine that you will address each problem that is bothering you.
Seventh, once you are satisfied that you have conquered every problem, imagine that you are swimming up the staircase again to the top.
Eighth, when you are on the tenth step up, make sure your eyes are closed, and don’t re-open them for a few minutes. Keep them closed until you have told yourself to “wake away” and “wake away” a few times out loud.
Keep these eight steps in mind, and you should have yourself hypnotized in no time with a lot of time to spare because of all the problems you’ve solved. What will you do with all the free extra time once your problems have been solved through hypnosis? Maybe become a clinical hypnotherapist yourself or join a hypnotherapy training school.
